At Ziggy Lou™, we want you to love your pieces, which is why we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery for all full-priced items in original condition. Please ensure all items are unwashed, unworn, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unwashed, and have all tags attached before starting your return.

  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack & Ship

  Securely package your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the parcel back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email with your store credit voucher or exchange confirmation.
